This mission was purely to familiarize ourselves with the terrain of Leeds Point, since we were scheduled to begin filming our documentaries with the Fox Family Channel and the Discovery Channel within the next week and a half. So, all we did this time was take out the video camera and film the area.

The most notable thing we found that day was that the entranceway to one of our favorite sites has been even further blocked off, once again caused by natural phenomenon. The first time, if you recall on our previous hunts, it had become incredibly overgrown. This time, we found an entire tree laying across the path, blocking the way in! You can no longer take a car down the path.

Other than that, there wasn't much excitement. We did get stopped by a cop this time. He saw us filming while he was making his rounds of the town. He asked us what we were doing, and Shawn told him we were filming for a project on the Jersey Devil for school. The cop said, "Well, I haven't seen him." Shawn replied with "Neither have we." We were all on our way... Good thing he didn't notice the hunting knife strapped to my belt...

So then after our brush with the law, we went home and got a good night's sleep to prepare for the hell that would be filming...
