I was up in Ramsey on a business trip. My co-worker and I were heading up 17 North (I believe) and while we took a ramp to get on another street we saw an animal crossing the road but it was too late. We had hit it. I told him to just leave it, but he's one of those animal lovers (Not that I hate animals). So he decided to check it out. We both got out anticipating a bloody body just laying there, but to our surprise there was nothing. We looked at each other and decided to get back in the car. Right when I open the door I heard a scurrying sound, similar to a horse trot but not as thunderous. I looked behind the car and saw a little creature running away from us. He wasn't big at all. He had two legs and what looked like hooves (I'm not sure). While it was running we heard the most horrifying sound. It sounded like a child's laugh but there was something about it that also reminded me of a grown man. I was so afraid. In fact I'm still REALLY shaken about it. My co-worker won't even talk about it. He wants to keep it a secret because he thinks that everyone will think we're crazy. Believe me or not, I know what I saw that night. I see it everytime I close my eyes.
